Delegate Composition

 

  • The target composition is twelve industry/community delegates per mission. Three seats per province with public sector representatives additional.
  • If there is space available due to fewer participants in one or more of the provinces, more than three participants from other provinces may be added.
  • Representation for any mission must come from a minimum of two provinces.
  • Community volunteers representing bona fide and suitable organizations are eligible.
  • Federal, Provincial, Crown Agency employees as well as Federal and Provincial elected officials are also eligible, but must cover their own expenses.
  • “Federal/Provincial/Crown Agency employee” is defined as a person whose paycheque is issued directly by the government.
  • Mission must have at least 50% private sector tourism operator participation.

 We reserve the right to solicit additional names if maximum numbers have not been reached for any mission.
